- You have to be a registered user on the Three Colours Purple website to create a Death Notice – Sign Up is effortless and free of charge, or Sign In if you’re already a member of our website.
- Only one user profile per individual will be allowed.
- Businesses or organisations wishing to create Death Notices on behalf of the entity, contact the Three Colours Purple Support Team at support@threecolourspurple.co.za to register the entity as a user.
- Once signed in, complete the form below, and make sure there are no spelling errors, for verification purposes.
- There is NO fee or charge to create a Death Notice.
- Registered members can create up to 20x Death Notices in their personal capacity. If you want to create more than 20x, contact the Three Colours Purple Support Team at support@threecolourspurple.co.za to discuss workable options.
- To ensure the information we publish are accurate and valid for our site users, we try to the best of our ability to verify the death noted, and therefore contact details of the relevant funeral home, or any other reliable source are very important: the quicker we can verify the information, the quicker the Death Notice will be published on the website.
- Should the mandatory Identity Document (ID) number not be available, i.e. for an unborn child, persons before 1950 when identity cards were still obsolete, or any other valid reason, we would love to accommodate the request regardless. Please contact the Three Colours Purple Support Team at support@threecolourspurple.co.za with the available details.
- Even though we take the utmost care to ensure information we publish are accurate, Three Colours Purple doesn’t take any responsibility for information entered, refer Privacy Policy for more information.
- Once the Death Notice is verified and published, the information in the Death Notice cannot be changed. If you wish to make changes, report to Three Colours Purple Support Team at support@threecolourspurple.co.za.
- Should you leave the page without saving, no information you entered or uploaded will be retained.
- You will be notified via email when the Death Notice is published.
