DECEASED ESTATES

The deceased estate has to be reported to the Master of the High Court and the estate has to be administered in accordance with the provisions of the Estate Administration Act.

LAST WILL & TESTAMENTS

We are willing to meet with you at your premises (in Gauteng) to discuss your requirements for the drafting of your Will. Internet consultations such as Zoom / Teams are also available

ANTE NUPTIAL CONTRACTS

Our fees include consultation, drafting of the contract, notarial fees as well as deeds office fees to effect the duly registration of the contract.
UNOPPOSED DIVORCES

Once a settlement is reached between you and your partner, we will proceed with the necessary to finalise the divorce and obtain your divorce order from court.
